Terms of Service
These terms govern access to FORECUE, a workspace that helps users extract, verify, and track deadlines in vendor paperwork.
Effective: September 6, 2026
01Using FORECUE
You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your sign-in email secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and workspace.
02AI output requires verification
FORECUE uses automated systems to extract dates and other details. AI output can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You must compare every extracted value with the original document before relying on it. Only information you explicitly confirm becomes eligible for Attention and reminders.
03No completion or professional advice
FORECUE organizes information; it does not file forms, renew policies, pay invoices, contact vendors, or complete any real-world obligation. A status, reminder, or absence of a reminder is not proof that an obligation was completed. The service does not provide legal, tax, insurance, compliance, or professional advice.
04Deadlines and notifications
You remain solely responsible for determining applicable deadlines and acting on time. Email, network, provider, configuration, and service failures can delay or prevent notifications. Maintain an independent process for critical deadlines; do not use FORECUE as the only calendar or compliance control.
05Your content
You retain rights in documents and data you upload. You grant the service operator a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You confirm that you have authority to upload and process the content and that it does not unlawfully expose third-party information.
06Plans, billing, and cancellation
Free and paid plan limits are shown before purchase. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for paid transactions and handles payment, tax calculation, invoices, and the checkout contract. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the customer portal; access continues according to the terms shown at checkout.
07Acceptable use
You may not probe or bypass security, interfere with other users, upload malicious or unlawful material, scrape the service, resell access without permission, or use the service to make automated high-impact decisions about individuals.
08Availability and changes
The service may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. We aim to communicate material changes, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
09Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from missed deadlines, inaccurate extraction, notification failure, or reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10Termination and governing law
You may stop using the service and request account deletion from Settings. Access may be suspended for material breach, abuse, security risk, or legal necessity. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Japan, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
