Privacy Policy

We process information you provide or generate while using FORECUE.

• Account email, locale, workspace membership, authentication records, and accepted legal-policy versions
• Documents, images, filenames, vendor details, deadlines, extracted fields, corrections, and confirmation history
• Reminder preferences and delivery evidence
• Plan, subscription, customer, and transaction identifiers received from Paddle
• Technical logs, security events, usage counts, AI token usage, cost, and processing duration

We use this information to authenticate users, provide document extraction and deadline tracking, deliver requested reminders, enforce plan limits, process and support billing, secure and troubleshoot the service, measure reliability and cost, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Uploaded document content is transmitted to Anthropic when you request extraction. FORECUE instructs the model to extract only information present in the document, but automated output may be inaccurate. Provider handling is also governed by Anthropic’s applicable commercial and API terms.

We use service providers including Supabase for authentication, database and file storage; Vercel for hosting; Anthropic for AI extraction; Paddle for paid checkout, tax and subscription administration; and Resend for opt-in reminder delivery. These providers may process data in countries outside your residence under their own terms and safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only to provide the service through the providers above, at your direction, during a business reorganization subject to appropriate protection, or when reasonably required by law, security, or the protection of rights.

Account and workspace data is retained while your account is active and as needed for the purposes described above. Settings provides an account-deletion process that permanently deletes workspaces you own, documents, original files, and extracted data, subject to necessary fraud-prevention, billing, legal, backup, and security retention. Detailed backup and operational retention periods will be published before paid public launch.

We use tenant access controls, server-only credentials, signed billing references, authenticated routes, and transport encryption. No system is completely secure; keep your email account protected and avoid uploading data you are not authorized to process.

You can correct extracted fields, enable or disable reminders, manage billing through the customer portal, and request account deletion in Settings. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about processing. Verified support contact details will be published before paid public launch.

FORECUE is a business productivity service and is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you cannot legally agree to these terms.

We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
